Domain swap error?

*Yes, I know I switch domains almost every month, but this should be the end of it*
Every time I change my Domain I get the error shown here http://dementis.co.cc/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi
Is this because I'm changing my domain or is it something else, and how do I fix it?

Your domain probably needs to propagate so give it a few minutes up to about 48 hours. I say this because your main domain at co.cc says it was modified at 16-Aug-2010. That's when you changed the nameservers, right? After you give it some time and that page is still showing up, try flushing your computer's dns.
