Domain Transfer

I am very new at this so please bare with me. I have signed up for a hosting account and of course the forum account (not linked yet with an open support ticket). I have my own domain which was parked at another hosting company. I changed the host record IP addresses on Monday morning but when I enter my domain littlebrownmousecreations.com it still shows parked at the other host. Most of my knowledge has come from reading here and it said it may take up to 48 hours but that has passed. I have added this domain to my host account. Is there something I should be doing?

you should use the ip of the server which you are on. So ping your x10subdomain .And use that ip .
Currently you are using nameservers ip.It may not work .So do as i suggested.

Being the rookie I am, I don't know what my subdomain is. I'm on cossacks and in the account panel I don't show any subdomains. I know how to ping but just don't know what to ping.

point your domain to this IP ---> 69.175.121.58

Ping cossacks.x10hosting.com it'll give you cossacks ip

Do I use that IP for both * and www?
