You want to host that domain with x10hosting, right?
Point the domain to x10hosting nameservers:
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

You also had your domain set incorrectly. When you change it you need to put it WITHOUT the "www.". I've fixed this.

After pointing the domain to x10hosting nameservers, it can take from 24hs to 48hs, depending on your domain provider. After this, your domain will be work correctly.

Yes, you need to login to the CP of your Domain at 1and1, and look for a place to delegate DNS/nameservers.
