Hey,

I recently had my domain name changed from www.runawaysmile.x10hosting.com to the one which i purchased, www.runawaysmile.com. For some reason, I cannot log into my cPanel. Could anyone please help me? The page won't even load, is just goes to a search page.

Is the problem that the nameservers may not have registered yet through my domain host and that is why i cannot log in, because when yo ugo to my site, www.runawaysmile.com, a search page also comes up.

Thanks

Your website works fine for me try flushing again or clearing your browser's cache.

I did both, I cleared my cache and flushed my dns but once again, the search page still comes up. I have no idea why it wont work. Is there anything else that might work?

I told you FLUSH YOUR DNS! I don't think you flushed it if you did it would be working..

Derek -- Flushing your DNS does not always fix it, ultimately it is your ISP who holds the DNS cache.

Kaz4121 -- You should see an x10 welcome page telling you to remove the index.html, etc... If you still don't see it today try restarting your router\modem. Otherwise you will have to wait because technically it can take anywhere from 24-72 hours for a DNS update to complete.

Oh I see. I'm actually in a college dorm so I don't think I can reset my router or modem since its linked campus wide. Are there any alternatives or can i reset something on my computer to make it work?

Nope, you'll just have to wait it out, unless you can get the network admin to do it for you =P
