I have checked permissions re your notification but am still unable to view website.

This could be due to the fact that X10hosting are fixing things or c anel and apache has crashed. This happens often due to the amount of people using x10hosing. The team have said they hope to have this fixed by the end of the month. By then all will be well. This is known as downtime and uptime. Sometimes the servers are down and sometimes they are up. You don't see the web page when it is down, but you do when it is up.
