Domain Wont Change ?

I'm trying to change the domain from ladentsolutions.co.cc to ladentsolutions.com I submitted it and it says pending but when viewing the status it display's a error code, I resubmitted it with no luck apparently. Can you please help me with this ? Or is working as it should be ?
