Hi suryatecs, like gsonline said... you would need to provide more information.

However, all domain changes can be performed in your cPanel. Type Yourdomain.com:2082 to login to cPanel, then go Domains.

Is this what you are talking about?

Regards.

When I tried to modify service. I get this message.

Woah! It appears that you do not have hosting under your client account. This could be the result of a different scenarios:
  • An older account was removed as the result of inactivity.
  • A past account has been terminated for breaching our Terms of Service.
  • You have never had a hosting account.
Whatever the reason, you can always sign up for a hosting account now.

If you believe that this is a mistake you may open a support ticket here

I am just trying to change the domain.

Hmm. You may need an x10 admin to change the main domain.

However, if you park the new domain you will be able to use it as your main.

I think I need a fresh start.

Is there any way to delete everything in my account and start over?

I really don't think restarting is necessary. I had my main domain changed before, you just need to wait for an admin to read your post.

Be patient and I'm sure it will happen soon. It would probably take longer and a lot more hassle to start over, however it is possible if that's what you want.

Do you have a windows live account?

I could try to walk you though how to park a domain over MSN if you like.
