Can I link a registered domain to my free x10 hosting, what are the nameservers?

ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

I set my nameservers on my domain (namecheap.com) to that. Now when I try visit it, it redirects to a XAMPP splash page and also when I try to connect to FTP it tries to connect to 127.0.0.1/localhost instead of the domain.
