For some reason my website will not publish. It is like the domain is no longer there. I have not changed it and I have been logging into the hosting server sites every day so it does not become suspended. If it cannot be resolved, is there a way to reset the domain status, basically erase everything including the Cpanel info, except all the username and passords and start over?

it is giving 404 error.

go to AMP http://x10hosting.com/cpanel.php and double check your domain name.
also try changing domain name.

If it does not solve problem submit ticket
