Hi,
I've been having trouble accessing my subdomains (e.g. blog.meadia.com.au and home.meadia.com.au) so I opened a ticket as per the post on the x10 status blog but almost a month later I still haven't received a reply and I still can't access any of my subdomains. The ticket is number #13389 and it has the status "Customer-Reply" and no response yet from the x10 team. My cPanel username is phantomc and I'm on Chopin.
Have I posted in the wrong place or is it possible that my ticket fell through the cracks? Or should I just be more patient?

UPDATE: My ticket's got a reply promptly after I posted this. Guess someone must have seen it! :biggrin:
