Don't understand suspension

Hi, my account was suspended for inactivity. I don't understand why. I'm coming on my account once per week, and going on the forum too, but I received a 53 days of inactivity. Please tell me what to do to avoid it and where to connect to avoid inactivity.

Oh ok, I thought I was automatically logged in to the forum when I go on it via control panel ! Now I will check it !
