Double Accounts Problem

Hello, I recently signed up for your free web hosting service but ran into a problem. After making an account and going through the steps, and received two emails that contained the following:

This email is being sent to notify you that the hosting account that you have signed up for has not been created, due to an error which occurred during the creation process.

The error that occurred was:
Whm error: sorry that username (fr33t) is taken. check /etc/passwd (code create_1)​

The error that occurred can most likely be resolved by signing up again for a hosting account here: http://x10hosting.com/hosting/signup

If you keep receiving this error, please post on our forums for support or forward this email to support@x10hosting.com.

So, I went to sign up for another account (the first one was fr33t and the second one was fr33to) and that one ended up working just fine. Now however, when I go to http://www.x10hosting.com/account and try to login with fr33to, it tells me that username does not exist. But, if I try to login with fr33t, it logs in just fine, says Welcome Back, fr33t! at the top, yet lists my account username as fr33to. I think both accounts ended up being actually created since I can log into both cpanels.

Sorry for all the trouble, can you offer any advice on how to clean this mess up?

Also, on another note, I wish to change my domain name to http://forums.x10hosting.com/free-hosting/www.mccultimate.com. I changed it in the x10hosting control panel but in cpanel it still says it's the old one, on both too. Please help :-(

Actually, is there any way you could just get rid of both of them? I haven't really done anything and that would just allow me to start off fresh again. Thanks!

If you want me to just send you the details since I see that some other people are getting similar errors in the signup process than just say so.

Ok, please PM me the details of the 2 accounts to be terminated. Include the link to this thread in them and title them "Account Termination".
Then PM the following details and title it "Account Creation".

cPanel Username:
cPanel Password:
Hosting Package: (Adfree, Advanced, Corporate, or Static)
Subdomain/Domain: (we do not provide you with a domain, but if you have one, you can use it here)
Contact E-mail:
Default Site Language: (allowed are English, Spanish, or French)
If you agree to the Terms of Service place an x here ()
