For a start, you are not using the unlimited space and bandwidth package - do you want upgrading?

Doubleall is kinda not doing anything at the moment, because everyone has unlimited disk space and b/w anyway. It only doubles the databases anf ftp accounts etc.

In my experience, it doesn't take long to have an effect.

is there different free levels of acounts?

ive got unlimited storage yes i know that but wanted to mainly double the bandwidth for the month!

i paid yesterday to double everything via paypal one off payment and was wondering when the double everything comes into effect?
and if i have unlimited bandwidth why doesnt it say so on my cpannel?

it gives me the figure of 10.200 gig or something like that
i hope im not coming accross stupid

Your account was probably created before the new plans came into effect; your doubleall will still get applied manually by one of the higher-ups once it goes through fully.

On the up-shot that will double everything for as long as the account is intact; far as I know it's not a month-by-month addon. So it really -will- double everything - bandwidth, disk, addon domains, subs, parked domains, databases allowed, etc.

Edit: I should add you can request to be bumped up to the unmetered disk/bw plan, but at the moment I don't think it's set up for the double-all options yet.

cheers livewire so would you say give it a few days or maybe after the weekend and see what happens?

like i said previously it was mainly the bandwidth i needed really more than anything as the content really doesnt come to that much on the storage front i think about 20 meg all together lol!

and by changing plan would it change any of my settings as ive just got the site running right after the massive problems when i was moved from lotus to fris?

Changing to doubleall or the one with unmetered shouldn't cause issues - it changes the plan limits in cpanel but otherwise doesn't mess with files, database names, domain settings, etc.

Edit: And yeah I'd hang tight for the weekend; with the maintainence on Absolut/Fris and the 4th of July it's prolly going a bit slower than normal.
