Double everything question

In feb 09 I applied for Double Everything for two times and I get my 1200mb of space plus all the rest. Now I realize that i have only 500mb and thesse seems to be the new condition for free-hosting.
Is this normal? My guess is that I should have my 1200Mb or 2000Mb (500x2x2).

it would be 2000 mb, because all accounts got an upgrade of 200 mb. So if you have got 300 mb to would be 500 mb. Doubled ones: 1000. Twice: 2000 mb. I think it will be restored soon. If that isn't the case, please open a ticket at support.x10hosting.com.

there was an issue a while back and all the "double" addons were lost, if I recall correctly. At least, mine was lost and I had to submit a ticket, as Mitch mentioned. It was fixed right away for me, the admins just had to re-apply it
