Hi. I opened a support ticket 11 hours ago, but have yet to receive a reply. I decided to post here to see if I can get some help.
I ordered the Double Everything Special that I saw listed on the Forum. I received the following error:
I have received an invoice from Paypal from X10Hosting, though. Should I pay it or is there something wrong with the data I sent?
EDIT: Now my invoice says that it was CANCELLED. Can someone please explain why? And why hasn't anyone replied to my support ticket?
EDIT: To be clear, what I mean by the Double Everything, is the $4.95 DOUBLE everything on your free hosting account check box.
