"Double" upgrade hasn't been activated yet

Just to ask, how much time does this upgrade take? I bought the "Double everything" upgrade yesterday, along with the "double it again" addon, I paid that same moment, but it has not been activated yet. How much does it take?

Also, I'm planning to buy the "One Year Inactivity Timer", but, can I buy for more than one year. I want to buy it for 2 or 3 years all together. Is it possible?

I don't think you can buy the inactivity timer for that long. The upgrade should have been applied, I believe. I will escalate this to staff so they can help you if there is a problem with your upgrade.
