Downgrade phpmyadmin webserver

I need to downgrade phpmyadmin to version 5.5.30 or 7.0 if pssible. Can somebody help me pease?

You can manage php version in the DA control panel.

as far as i can tell, you can not "change" the sql mode itself.
but you can select the sql extensions using the php extension options.
