Downgrade

I was trying to login and got the following error message:


An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend.

If you encounter any errors while using the account panel, please post on our forums.

I was this error occurred because something got messed up with my downgrade request. Can you guys please fix that?

If you are reffering to logining in to the hosting panel please try the following :

Login here -> http://www.x10hosting.com.
Use your forum account details to login.
When the page says wait for the redirect or click here, click there before it redirects.
