This is pretty simple.
Go to
http://www.g4tv.com/lv3/21606
(That will re-direct)
Then click File->Save As
Then choose destination and that will be the flash file.
You will have to open this with a browser.
Good luck!
:)

I'm afraid that there is not an easy way to download this because it is not a file like
video.swf ; it is player.swf?videokey=blahblahblah
and it will only download player.swf, not videokey blahblahblah

The video is stored as an FLV file which the SWF file reads, so unless you have something that will convert the FLV file into a usable media player format, and you know where to find the FLV file in the web cache, you won't be able to download that unless you can find a downloadable version of that video up on some download site. Sorry :(

Make sure that you load the video completely, or it won't be in the cache for long.

If your using windows, download and install the latest real player. Put your mouse over the video, and it says "Download This Video". Click and your done. It should automatically download

If your using Linux, well. :dunno:

EDIT: I just downloaded it, and it works, the file is 36mb.

By the way, what are you using the file for?, if its for online, you'll be fine with flv format. But if not, you might want to click here to download a converter.

I guess Smith was wrong?

I forgot about Realplayer...
Well at least I found the video. (To view, copy the link and paste into your browser opposed to just clicking on it.

Yeah realplayer basic, just go over the video and a button should pop up.
To view the file, right click the file and click Launch File.
