Is this for review as in "does it look good" or review as in "I just got nailed for warez, copyright infringement, and file hosting all in one because I'm breaking the terms of use on at least 1 program I put up for download on my site?"
Cause it might've been intended for the former, but the latter is what actually just happened. Given that you are now permanently suspended for a violation of the FRAPS TOS/EULA, I will close this now.
