Downloading a backup.

how would I be able to get a hard copy of my site's cpanel backup?

I believe you can do a full backup and download it afterwards.

It seems as though x10 took out the option to download cpanel backups.

Oh ya, I forgot, they removed it with the site upgrades... well, I would say to post a support ticket.
However, if you want a real hard copy backup, then zip everything in you home directory, and download it.
