Downloading Error

I am having an issue with downloading applications from Fantastico? Are there upgrades going on?

Are you able to do this with Softaculous? or is it also having issues?

I can not download it in either one ... fantastico or the other one

X10Hosting is discontinuing Fantastico.
There should not be any issues with using Softaculous, so, just to verify, you are unable to use Softaculous at this time?
