Downloading pages instead of loading

I am also having problems with my site. If you try to go to it, you get a pop-up to download the page. This is consistant with other posts.

I have not made any changes in my site in more than a week, so there is no change in my files.

Also, I could not reply to any of the other posts. It said I did not have access to that site? Have I been blocked from replys for some reason? I don't post very often, how could I have pissed anyone off?

Just wondering if that is related to the site problems.

Please read the thread that Tols jae created as i will update that one. Multiple threads pertaining to the same issue makes it hard on us staff. Thanks
