Downtime on servers?

Thanks in advance for reading.
On the last hours my website is not working well. It may have some downtimes, it doesn't load the pages correctly. They sometimes appear as a total blank page, I may need to refresh 6 or 7 times to get them work correctly. The internal php links have the same problem. Any ideas? Is a server-side problem or a configuration issue?

You site is loading a blank page ? did you check it ? check if other pages are displaying

They sometimes load well, they sometimes load as a blank page, they sometimes doesn't load at all and give a browser error. All pages have the same problem :<

Yes, I agree with Dareon! I have the same issue like about 1,5 hours. web Pages return error as unreachable. And the page doesn't load even. only index.html loads but not the swf files. That's why I came here to see is there any problem. so, it seems Im not only one who has this problem.

I tried also US located proxy sites, which also tend to have some problems while accessing. IN most cases they even can't access to a 2kb image on the page. Another thing I tried to download any file from the site by download manager, and I in most cases it fails at the beginning.
