dreamweaver not working

dreamweaver is not working on my system i try uninstall and again reinstall it but problem is still the same i am attaching screen shot of dreamweaver message
i am using dreamweaver 8

Not at all sure about the problem, but you could try restoring your windows to a previous date and look if that fix the problem.
