Dear x10hosting,
First of all thank you for your great service, keep it up.

My account was suspended,I did not do any thing other than installing Drupal+some mods (uploaded the zip files and extracted them in file manager). It said that I am using system resources, and also an error msg which says-- "maximum execution time of 20 sec is exceeded ".
What generated the above messages?
- Was that my fault?(extracting zip files!!??)
-Or was it because of script installed?(which is an opensource cms (Drupal) !!??)

It would be a great support for me if my account was released.

It was probably the decompression of the files that did it. Try manually decompressing and installing the plugin; registering the plugin in Drupal should be fine.

I believe you can unsuspend yourself from within your Account Panel; if not, an account manager should be able to unsuspend you shortly.

Since this is your third warning, you'll have to find a way to reduce your server resource usage. Before you get unsuspended, you need to agree to remedy to the problem. And account manager can help you, I believe, narrow what file is giving problems.

Hi drupaldoesit,

The above representative should have escalated this thread to an account manager, but failed to do so; I apologize for the inconvenience. I will escalate this up to an account manager so someone can manually unsuspend you and look up your specific account details to let you know which file is causing your high system resource usage suspension.
