dynamic ip problems

well, my site canttouchus.uni.cc carn be access by dynamic ip bud when im running on a extra proxy given by my isp. it worked perfectly. im pretty sure this aint the server downtime problem cos its only happening on my computer. my fren said the website worked perfectly fine. any clues whats happening?

the problem can be given from the serveur in which six place its situated one can be in down. It contacts admin and it will know to say to you more

ok sorry for poor english i will rephrase it. put it simply, my ISP has this rotating ip address system. meaning that my ip address will change on every page load. i tink there are around 6 ip address being rotated.

now the problem just now is that my forum shows only the text and doesnt load the images. however, once i switch to a proxy server (i.e. single ip address), the images displayed perfectly.

PS: the problem seem to be ok now cos i tweaked some settings. but is there any explanation for this phenomenon?

I'm not really sure why that would happen. It shouldn't be anything server side.
