I was randomly visitng sections of cPanel, Recently i visited

There is something like that:
Now when you click Test Filter, it's trying to send test email, but there is following error:
Can't do setuid (cannot exec sperl)This is propably why on Starka and other servers the emails are not being delivered. I'm sorry for posting this on inappropriate section, but this is important.
