E-Mail Service Is Not Working

Dear Sir,

I am a member of absolut server. My username is cclworld. I have a problem related to e-mail. When I am trying to open my mailbox using Horde, it is saying - Login failed because your username or password was entered incorrectly and when I am trying to open my mailbox using SquirrelMail 1.4.13, it is saying - ERROR: Connection dropped by IMAP server.

Please help me!!
