This is what happens:

I start creating a mailbox using CPanel,
Everything seems to be OK, but when I try to log in using WebMail it prompts for User and Password and using the credentials I`ve just entered while creating the e-mail doesnt work.
I can log on using the administrator`s user and pass, but even then after sending an e-mail I get 550 Error (recipient cannot be added) when trying to send an e-mail.

I think I may have deleted something using an FTP client, but have no idea what it could be.

This is it - some particular problem with the account.
I registered another account and it`s OK now.

Should I contact anybody to ask him to cancel my old account ?

Yeah, Confirm that you have taken backup of your data from your Old account and post the cPanel username of Old account. I will terminate it.

One more thing according to this problem -
I think it happened because I deleted the etc folder (by mistake of course - I meant to delete only the temporary files generated by CPanel, all the apps, etc.).

Is there a list of what is safe for deletion somewhere, so I can be aware of it when doing a cleanup.

do not delete anything outside your public_html folder.
