I just created an email account and accessed it via webmail, however, I can only receive messages, those sent show that it was sent, but the recipient does not receive it. I've already tested with more than one recipient. Does anyone have any tips?

Which domain names have you sent it to, Google, yahoo? Have you tried sending yourself a test email? Do you receive an email from the email delivery software stating that your email cannot be delivered and it will re-attempt?

What is the domain name you are using? dns record check (mx records). Is it the default email address with issues?

Yes, I did the test, if I send it with a copy to myself, I receive it immediately, however, any other account such as gmail does not receive it. Not in junk/SPAM

I’m having the exact exact same issue. I can send an email to myself and I receive an immediately but if I send it gmail it never arrives not even in the spam folder. I wonder why other people aren’t facing the same issue that we’re having? I wonder if this issue has to do with using our own domain names instead of using a free subdomain that X10hosting gives you? Does anyone know if we have access to the error logs? Maybe that will give more insights, so far I have not received a bounce back email saying anythin.

What is the domain? Have you tried enabling DKIM? I use 2 domains that I own! There are error logs, and email usage logs in the control panel. All user experience issue's of this nature, and fix the issue by mx record, and or DKIM.
