For som odd reason we have not been able to access our email this whole weekend. How can this be fixed asap??

When I try to log in it always says 'login failed' despite it being the correct username and password....

If you are not able to login into cPanel then reset your cPanel password by:
Login to http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php with forums username and password.
Go to "Hosting" on TOP navigation, ----> Then Click on "update password". There you can change your password. put forums password in "Current Password" field.

Note: After this process, password for your client account, cPanel, and forums will become same.

Then Try login again.

Its telling me my current password is incorrect which is definately not the case... what do I do?
