Get a Payoneer Mastercard. It is completely free and also delivery charge is free in any part of the world. But You can't register there directly. You need some referral link. Ask for somebody who may have referral link for you. Offer is only valid till 31st of March so Register soon otherwise you'll need to pay high activation charge.

After getting that card you can verify your pay pal account after earning some income ($3 is sufficient) by either showing ads or any other methods. You need to have some money on your card account because paypal used to charge some money while verification but it return that money back after successful verification.

You must get that card because I know how difficult is to get a credit card here in Indian Subcontinental countries when you're a student.
