I have added a new rule for the marketplace that no referrals of any sort are allowed.

I have edited the rule for a final time after discussions with staff, now no referrals for money are not allowed at all, if it's not then it may be posted along with a non-referral link. About the Winzy site, i think that is referrals for money though you may PM me if I am mistaken and I will re-open that thread.
