Login in the Home page with your password and username.
You wan submit Flash Tutorial means click Submit Flash tutorial.
You wan submit Photoshop Tutorial means click Submit Photoshop tutorial

I've logged in but can't see submit photoshop or submit flash tutorial anywhere...

Ok Dannad500, i have upgraded your account so you should be able to post tutorials now. Just click the 'submit photoshop tutorial' button if want want to submit a tutorial to the photoshoip section or click the 'submit flash tutorial if you want to submit a tutorial to the flash section.
Edit:
I have changed the way of giving out credits as people seem to be submitting too many tutorials which is great but i'll be out of credits soon so i'll pay you 50 for one tutorial and you can submit any more tutorials for free.
