Easy way to organise scattered notes?

I've been learning japanese and I have alot of phrases scattered around in a text file. I was wondering if there was a quick and easy way to sort all the all the common words together without doing it manually?

For Example:

The way stuff is now:
waka/ri/mashta - I understand
do/shta - what's wrong
waka/ri/masen - I don't understand
dai/jo/bou - Are you ok?
wakata nai - Don't understand
Gun/ba/re - Keep going

The way I want it:
waka/ri/masen - I don't understand
waka/ri/mashta - I understand
wakata nai - Don't understand
do/shta - what's wrong
dai/jo/bou - Are you ok?
Gun/ba/re - Keep going
