Please go log into your account panel, and then use the forum swapping option to get your forum account attached to your hosting account. I don't know how you got an account without a forum account, but I'm not seeing the two accounts linked.

This important to do in order to keep your hosting account active, and prevent a future inactivity suspension and possible termination if it's not resolved.
