Edits to webpage don't show up

Editing webpage.

I've tried using a FTP program up upload the webpage with the edits.

I've made the edits using the online editor. In preview mode they show up fine, and they've been saved, but they're not reflected on the thumbnail when I load the website.

Any assistance would be appreciated

Are you using Cloud Flare? Or some similar service? It takes time to see the changes made.
