Please someone who has managed to describe step by step how to install Elgg 1.5.(.htaccess, etc.) I see a lot of people hard. Thank you very much.

Unfortunately, this error occurs. I have registered again, and the same error Elgg
installation. During installation, it says, that is not a good link, Internal
Server Error. I deleted the database and tried to install again, not
let you install. This only shows Internal Server Error. I do not understand.

what is the content of your .htaccess file? can you post the contents of the error_log file? can you post the content of the error log (the cpanel one)? These would help with your issue.
