Email account Issue

Ive been having trouble with my email accounts on this site for almost 6 months. I have not been able to access them at all. Whats the problem and how can I fix it? Thank you

i get the following message every time I try to login to my email: A fatal error has occurred
DB Error: connect failed
Details have been logged for the administrator.

Have you tried the Squirrel Mail option?

It seems the other two options have problems.
