Are you receiving any error when sending to that email?

I also lost my email account. Email sent to the account gets the following error..

admin@euriki.us
x11.x10hosting.com
Remote server returned '550 5.0.350 Remote server returned an error -> 550 authentication required

I can not send or receive email.

Thank you, but that suggestion did not fix the current problems.

Did the error message change at all to something else? Does it say 550 no such recipient now for example instead of authentication required?

Hello....I have the same problem...email not working.....I have a basic account

So from reading here.....the first solution is to delete email address and to recreate it? Is that right? If so, the old messages will remain unchanged and the "new ones" will start coming in or will be lost?
