email account suddenly vanished

Hi all,

After dicsovering I couldnt log into my mail all of a sudden using outlook, I checked at x10 and the accoutn was there, but I couldnt log in (using the correct login) to x10s web mail. When I returned to email manager section in cpanel, the account was gone!

I have the mail account with godaddy, but the MX servers pointed to x10, and I mainly used outlook to access the mail.

Anyone know why this might have happened?

Have you tried logging in at
http://dnewton.x10hosting.com:2096/
? The username should be in the format of username@yourdomain.com.
Also clear your cache.

Sorry, what I mean is, logging in isnt the problem now. The problem is that Im logging in ok to cpanel, but the email account has just dissapeared. There are no accounts listed, and when I go into horde mail, there are , of course, 'no messages in this mailbox'.

I have set up my email again at my domain holder now and will use their webmail.

Could an administrator please change my cname and mx records to the following:

MX Modifications:

MX 0 smtp.secureserver.net
MX 10 mailstore1.secureserver.net

Cname modifications:

mail.ontargetbcn.com mapped to pop.secureserver.net
email.ontargetbcn.com mapped to email.secureserver.net
