hi i have the current email address listed:

test@sandytest.co.cc

I am unable to delete it as the error says it does not exist, please can this be deleted.

I assume you had sandytest.co.cc as a parked or add-on domain and no longer do.

If that is the case, a quick way that sometimes works is to put the domain back on as an add-on. Then you should be able to delete the email account. Then remove the domain from your add-on.

yes i did have sandytest.co.cc, thanks for the help that worked to resolve the issue.
