Email accounts not migrated from Absolute to XO1

None of the email addresses/accounts in use were migrated during the upgrade from Absolute to XO1.
Can they be restored or are old messages lost?

Also just noticed that the homepage is giving me a "403 FORBIDDEN" error. What's up?

Loging on via portal sends me to the old server!....
https://absolut.x10hosting.com:2083/cpsess3941093527/frontend/x3/index.html.....(removed for security)....
Note: no files are listed in the file manager.

Direct logon via https://butterflytech.com:2083 works too.. but there are no files here either!

Has everything been lost?
