can anyone tell me plzzzz ,

am using phpbb3 board, and
how to set the settings in the client communication?
i dont knoe what are they ???

how to use our domain email in email settings ??

and how to create the email acount from cpanel(provided by x10), and how to forward the emails to my gmail account ???

how to set all these settings ?????
