Email Accounts Unaccesible, ERROR "Disallowed Key Characters.Child failed to make LIVEAPI connectio"

Something weird happens when trying to access email accounts.
I have created already 3 email accounts, but trying to access them from the "Manage Email" option (https://xo2.x10hosting.com:2083/cps...ndex.live.php?/email/index/numerologia.x10.mx) from "My Websites" section

Produces this (No email account showed):

Then I press the "View All Accounts" button and finally the section shows my 3 email accounts:

But then trying to access them by introducing the corresponding passwords:

Produces this weird message:

"Disallowed Key Characters.Child failed to make LIVEAPI connection to cPanel."


Introducing any password right or wrong produces the very same output.
Does anyone have any clue about this issue?

a while ago x10made changes to the cpanel causing issues
for some people when trying to use certain features of cpanel.
there was reports that changing the cpanel to paper_lantern
(not the x10hosting basic setting) fixed their issues.
you just use the "switch theme" for the option.
