Email accounts using all 3, but no accounts found?

I no longer have any email accounts left and none can be found, so I can't delete or adjust anything. I think what happened is when I dropped one of my domains, I forgot to delete the email accounts, now it shows that I have used all 3 and that it can't find any email accounts, plus to make matters worse I also maxed out forwarded email.

I have forcefully refreshed cPanel's cache, and it looks like cPanel is now reporting zero email accounts.
