Email address is not available?

As the title of this thread says, Email address is not available, I get an error like that when I'm in the sign up process, for the free hosting, I went through the sign up process once but was given an error that my password was too long. I want to go through the sign up process again with the email address that I used previously with the 'too long password' process but I guess one of you tech support staff members have to delete the email address from the database.

I'm not sure if I should post my email on this thread 'cause I don't know if all members can see it (I don't like getting spam).

Hi cybermatrix,

I will escalate this ticket up to an account manger so they can manually remove your email address from our system. Please click on the colored bar at the top of this page to be taken to our ticket system. From there, log in with your forum credentials to check the status of your ticket.

The ticket on Community Support is accessible by everyone, but your new escalated ticket can only be seen by account managers and administrators. In the private support interface, post a response with your email address so our account managers know what email address to remove.
