Email Blacklisted as Spam?

Posting to a website using my email address results in some sites reporting it as "Spam". A Quick look at cPanel Email Deliverability Settings reveals:

Domain: unsolicited.elementfx.com
Mail: HELO xo2.x10hosting.com

DKIM PROBLEMS EXIST
A “DKIM” record does not exist for this domain.

This system does not control DNS for the “unsolicited.elementfx.com” domain. Contact the person responsible for the “ns1.x10hosting.com” and “ns2.x10hosting.com” nameservers and request that they update the “DKIM” record with the following...

Can I fix this situation myself? If so, how?
If I can't, who do I contact at x10hosting to get this resolved?
