Despite of opening a ticket before, I didn't get any reply from x10hosting's helpdesk.
I am facing many email problems.
1. I have installed prestashop an osticket on my domain. They are configured to use php mail () . Whenever the mail is sent to anyone, it takes almost 5 days to reach the recipient, no matter which email provider they are using.
2. I am totally confused with the SMTP settings. I have bought a domain name and made it my primary domain name. As I am entitled to use 3 email-ids, I created them but when I try to configure osticket or prestashop with the smtp, they dont set up. I accesed email ids with my nokia phone with pop port 110 and smtp port 25, they are working fine keeping in view the fact that I didnt configure it to use the ports you mentioned to setup mail client (10& 465).
If you want, I can provide you with the snapshots of the fields given in osTicket and prestashop to be filled up.
